You can only put a bridge on if there is a tooth on each side to support it. Therefore, a bridge cannot replace a wisdom tooth, because it's the last one on the dental arch. If you keep your wisdom tooth and you need to extract the molar right before, then you can replace that molar with a bridge. In any other case, an implant would be a better treatment. If you are losing your baby teeth the dentist might just tell you to keep wiggling the loose tooth for it to come out completely. Your gum is sore because it is the only thing holding that tooth in. If it is a permanent tooth that is loose, it may need to be extracted or gum disease. In that case, yes a needle may be given.
No, it is inadvisable if you want to keep your tooth.

You can pack the site with moist gauze, bite down and then inhale...this will keep the clot in the tooth. You must use moist gauze for each smoke for 3 days, or 8 days for a wisdom tooth. How do I know? I am a smoker and have had two teeth pulled this month alone on separate occasions. If you keep the hole covered with the moist gauze, your clot will stay where it needs to be :)
You should have a scheduled check-up to make sure the wounds aren't infected. If they do become infected the pain will get worse. Otherwise, keep taking the antibiotics (until finished) and painkillers as necessary.

have it filled again. Or have a crown placed. When the root is removed the tooth is dead, making it brittle. there is no blood supply keeping the tooth alive anymore. A crown will keep the remaining tooth structure together so it doesn't fall apart.
A root canal would almost never be done on a Wisdom Tooth. But it is when they open the top of the tooth and remove all of the nerves in the roots. They leave the roots and fill them with a special material. Then they put a filling in the tooth. The tooth will also need a crown put on it to keep it healthy. Having your Wisdom Teeth removed is when they take out the very last molars in your mouth. They are called Wisdom Teeth. Very few people have room for these teeth to fit properly in their mouth. Each person has one on the top right, top left, bottom right and bottom left; four wisdom teeth. A root canal is done to save a tooth and keep it in mouth. The removal of a tooth consists of extracting it. Which is better? Depends on many factors. Can you use your wisdom tooth if you keep it? Will that wisdom tooth replace another molar that has previously extracted? The best would be to discuss it with your dentist.
