I guess that you mean when it isn't erect? The length of a flaccid (limp or unerect) penis varies a great deal from one person to another and your age will also have some bearing (if you haven't yet reached the end of puberty it may well get longer). Even one person's flaccid penis can have different lengths depending on how hot or cold it it, it will be longer when you get out of a hot bath or shower than it will be on a cold winters day. I'd guess that an average length for a flaccid adult penis would be anything from 2 to 4 inches and for some people as long as 6 or more inches. Normally the loger a flaccid penis is the less it will expand when it gets hard so that the average for all erect penises is 6 to 7 inches.
