You will need to lower your entire body fat percentage in order to see a six pack, as fat spreads out over your entire body, not just in pockets in certain areas that you can get rid of with specific exercises.
It all depends of repetition and how big you are, if you are skinny and you do 100 sit up each night you will probably get it in a week or so.
About 20 minutes to get to the local pub and back.
A long time. Generally you should be doing situps "until failure."
Thousands! You need to do more than sit ups. Eat healthy protein foods. Go for a jog each day. You're gonna have to do about 200-300 sit ups each morning and night. Remember no junk foods, fried foods, or soda! (You will be able to eat/drink these after you get your pack)
You lose fat and gain even more weight from the muscle!
night
Six-pack abs, if you aide them buy eating healthy , jogging, etc.
depends on what excericeyour do budy, need more then sit-ups, have a mix of running and sit-ups with a medicine ball as you g down put ball on each side of your body (next to your face) then back up, but running really does help, its an overall muscle toner...hope i helped a little.
It's generally recommended to apply an ice pack for about 15 to 20 minutes at a time. After this duration, it's important to take a break for at least 20 minutes before reapplying to avoid skin damage and frostbite. Always ensure there's a barrier, like a cloth, between the ice pack and your skin.
you can do sit-ups until your 20
i would let set over night for a cold start check.
if you train 6 times a week, like doing bicep curls, sit ups and running it should take about 2-3 months, depending on how much protein you eat, and how fat you are at the moment. The less fat you have on you, the quicker the 6 pack will show, because everyone has a 6 pack, its just covered by fat. Get rid of the fat, and bam! you can see your 6 pack lol :)
