After having a C-section they usually recommend no more then 3 babies. There's always a risk that the uterus will burst in the scar. So 3 in each uterus then. The skin on the outside is thicker and can take it better. BUT...this depends on how it went the first time so the right things to do is to ask your doctor. I can imagine there's more strain on the uterus with 2 babies in there.
