I have had teeth pulled in the past, and your mouth can be pretty sore for a couple of days, but it usually heals relatively fast. Personally I thought it would be worse than it actually was. Overall: it may take a few days to a week for the pain to stop, but you should be back to normal.

It is generally not advisable to engage in boxing or any high-impact activities immediately after teeth extractions. The risk of trauma to the healing sites, increased bleeding, and potential complications can be significant. It's best to wait until your dentist or oral surgeon gives you the green light, usually after a few days to a week, depending on your recovery. Always prioritize your healing process to avoid any setbacks.

What is tooth extraction?

Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth from its socket in the bone. It is typically performed when a tooth is severely damaged, decayed, or impacted. Simple extractions are done on visible teeth under local anesthesia. Surgical extractions involve removing teeth that are broken, below the gum line, or impacted (like wisdom teeth). Post-extraction care includes pain management, avoiding smoking, and eating soft foods. Healing usually takes 7–10 days, depending on the complexity and individual health. Do wisdom tooth extractions affect other teeth?

No. However, not having them removed can. Wisdom teeth are teeth that are not needed. Our mouths were designed to have them but not need them. If they come in and are not straight they are called "impacted". When they become impacted they can cause danger to the roots of other teeth. This is when they need to be removed.
