As of my last update, there has been only one confirmed death due to Ebola in Spain. This occurred in October 2014 when a Spanish nurse, Teresa Romero, contracted the virus while caring for an Ebola patient in Sierra Leone. While there were additional cases and quarantines, Romero was the only person who died from Ebola in Spain.
Many people are obsessed with Ebola because there has been a recent outbreak that has killed thousands of people. Ebola is a virus.
