many cancers are inside of it..... (like mouth, stomach, throat, & tongue)
Yes, at least on the sideline of the superbowl he does.
I guess many of teenagers realize that can have health problems if they continue to smoke tobacco products and they decide to quit.
A form of tobacco that is not smoked, but that sits in the mouth. There is Chew and Dip. Chew is moist leaves of tobacco in a bag that is put into the user's cheek and chewed. Dip is a more find ground tobacco that comes in small cans and has many different flavors such as wintergreen, straight, mint, cherry, vanilla, peach, etc and can be in many different varieties such as long cut, fine cut, snus, and possible more that I'm not aware of. Dip is put in, most commonly, the bottom lip. Spit from both Chew and Dip should not be swallowed. Spit from both is normally dark brown.

As I have read from the book entitled Teen Rights: A Legal Guide For Teens And The Adults In Their Lives by Traci Truly, it seems that teens have many rights except with many milestones like drinking, tobacco, drugs, etc.
Most departments require the person to be tobacco free. But many cops do use it and its looked at with a blind eye since they are not smoking cigarettes.

Approximately zero. The main health risk of tobacco is cancer, which usually takes more than a few years to develop to the point of being fatal. Since teens in most places don't even have (legal) access to tobacco until they're almost not teens anymore, the number of teens who contract and die from cancer in the one or two years where they can both get tobacco AND are still teens is pretty small.Teens who have asthma and smoke could potentially die pretty quickly, but this could be considered dying from stupidity rather than tobacco, as taking up smoking when you're alreadyhaving difficulty breathing is not very bright. The number of people who die from tobacco-related diseases who started using tobacco products when they were teens, though, is much, much higher.
