A broken patella can take up to eight weeks to mend depending on the type of break. If there are complications associated with the break or if the break is a compound fracture, this can take a little longer.
Non displaced fractures of the patella are generally treated in a long leg brace in extension for 6 weeks and then gradual bending is allowed. Physical therapy is then started to rebuild atrophied muscles..
functional brace for 6 weeks
A fractured toe typically heals in about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the severity of the fracture and individual healing rates. During this time, it's important to rest and possibly immobilize the toe to promote proper healing. In some cases, a doctor may recommend buddy taping the injured toe to an adjacent toe for support. If healing does not progress as expected, further evaluation may be necessary.
4-6 weeks
About 4-6 weeks
Mine lasted about six to seven weeks.
i would keep them in for at least 6 weeks when it heals completely, but i would move the earring itself around sometimes so it doesnt scab over the earring because then it huuuurts to take out again :D
8-10 weeks
It would be two weeks before it heals and if it is a really bad sprain it wounld take three weeks.
If the worm is completely removed, the wound heals in approximately two to four weeks. However, if a worm emerges from a sensitive area, such as the sole of a foot, or if several worms are involved, healing requires more time.
You should be almost back to normal in about six weeks if you take care of it
Yes it is. The brace is there to immobilize your neck until it heals. If the the brace is not compatible with swimming, you might consider not swimming until you've healed completely. This would be a good thing to talk to your doctor about, as I would guess you've been asked to reduce excercise until your cervical spine heals.
