You don't have a cherry and nothing pops - you may have a hymen, and the hymen can be torn as a result of penetration but normally only when penetration is rough or forced. If your hymen is torn then there is nothing at all to say that you will bleed, if you do then it is normally just a little spotting. Bleeding during sex is most commonly a result of vaginal tearing due to lack of arousal, not the hymen.
