There isn't really a certain point of "Overweight". Or fat. It has alot to do with your height, your build, your gender, and your age. For example, a Man who is 46 and is 5"11 who weighs 170 and has a normal build can be healthy or underweight where as a Girl who is 12 and is 5"1 who weighs the same and is also normal can be at risk of some health problems. It all depeneds on stuff, But if you want a direct awnser i'd say if your a man, 200lbs is over weight if your a girl, 130 is overweight.
