It depends what you mean, if you mean the color of the wire than yes I think so, but if

you mean the little rubber bands that a lot of people have no, you get then changed every month you can pick whatever colors you want or two colors maybe it all depends on your orthodontist but yes you can get colored rubber bands for free

I think the other person didn't get that you where talking about braces...and not rubber bands!

So if your talking about braces, then it depends on your Orthodontist. Your Orthodontist may or may not charge you for your colored braces. Some Orthodontist charge completely free, for your "colored braces" and others raise the price (a lot)

and sometimes different colors cost more than others!

(and yes I am pretty sure you can get colored rubber bands for free)

the rubber bands which make the braces colourful are free, they are a part of the braces.

If you already have them just ask the ortho man if you can have color. They're usually happy to do it for free. It happens all the time where I work, especially on kids and teens.
