Since we couldn't have a baby. We decided to hire a surrogate mother.
with a surrogate mother two people can have their own sperm and egg mixed together and then implanted in the surrogate, who carries the baby until it is born, then gives it to the parents. in adoption, they would adopt a baby that is not biologically theirs.

Yes and No - The surrogate mother would be entitled to FMLA under Medical Leave, NOT Family Leave.
No, a surrogate mother's blood does not run through the baby during pregnancy. The fetus receives nutrients and oxygen through the placenta, which is formed from both the surrogate and the baby's genetic material. The placenta acts as a barrier, allowing for the exchange of substances while keeping the mother's and baby's blood supplies separate. Thus, the baby's blood is derived from its own genetic material, not from the surrogate.
Usually, the conflict will be the mother felt in love with the baby and want to keep the baby with her.Second, there are one of them (surrogate mother or couple) who didn't feel satisfied.Like, the truth was completely different with the agreement.Hope it help Save
The Daily Orbit - 2012 Surrogate Needed to Carry Neanderthal Clone Baby 1-99 was released on: USA: 21 January 2012
In order to be a surrogate mother (and go through and agency) you are required to have a physical and psychological exam. Both of these need to prove that there is no risk to your or the baby if you were to becom pregnant. The psychological exam is to prove that you are emotionally prepared to hand the child over to it's parents at the time of the delivery. Diferent states have different laws. In some states it is not legal to be a surrogate mother unless you are a "compassionate surrogate mother" in which case you will receive no money for your role in carrying and delivering the child.
Many believe that the surrogate mother will begin to feel an emotional bond with the baby and the baby will grow to feel a need to want to bond/know their surrogate mother. Others just think it's an immoral money racket.
