Close your eyes and write down exactly how it feels when you think things are moving, so the doctor will get the best idea of what you're talking about. Ex., is the movement back and forth, in one direction, side to side. How deep down is the feeling? Is it continuous motion, or does it stop at night? Does it wake you up? Is it painful? Is the movement fast? Do you feel sick to your stomach when it happens? Or have a headache? You want to make notes of all these things and others to help the doctor make a diagnosis.
