National Geographic channel did a special show, called "In the Womb". I believe that in the first week of pregnancy, you can feel symptoms, if you KNOW you are pregnant. You may feel cramping in the abdomen area, and also if you have a sixth sense, you would be able to know
Besides a missed period, many would say no. But, some people are more sensitive than others.
Pregnancy should be painless during the first trimester, see an OB doctor to assess for ectopic. Do this soon. Joymaker RN

It can happen as soon as the egg is fertilized or attached and you will never know you were pregnant. The most common is in the first trimester.
As soon as you get pregnant. I started getting symptoms when i was a month I was always sick i guess it really depends on the person.
Pregnancy symptoms can start at any period of time for any person. It truly depends on the person. They can start as soon as conception occurs and can last until the baby is born.
Typically your first symptom would be a missed period, and you can take a pregnancy test from two weeks after you last had sex. More obvious pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness or breast tenderness usually don't start to kick-in until around 6-8 weeks into pregnancy, but not everyone gets such symptoms.
First of all I havta say congratulations and I think usally 3-4 weeks after having sex
The symptoms start about 10 days post ovulation....
You're symptoms of pregnancy include: missed period, fatigue, swollen and or tender breasts, mood swings, flu like symptoms, nausea, implantation bleeding (slightly different than a period) etc. Not all women will experience pregnancy symptoms so if you do suspect you might be pregnant, you should take a test rather than relying solely on symptoms. Not all women do experience a missed period during the first few weeks of pregnancy, so again, it is important to use other determinations of pregnancy other than symptoms. It is important for you to confirm your pregnancy as soon as possible to ensure the proper care and safety of you and your new baby. Most of these symptoms will start about two weeks after the first day of your missed period.
I consider the ideal time to announce a pregnancy to be after confirmation by the doctor. Announcing as soon as you 'feel' pregnant (or after a home test) may be premature because several women 'conceive' but the pregnancy is doomed, and the doctor will sometimes be able to tell. If you have already announced at this point, it's very upsetting to have to tell everyone you were wrong. It depends who you are telling. The father and your parents I would tell as soon as the doctor confirmed it but to friends not until I enter the second trimester. That is because the risk for miscarriage is greatest in the first trimester.
