One rescuer will give 30 compressions and the other rescuer will give 2 breaths. When the rescuer giving compressions gets tires and wants to change, on the last compression instead of saying 30 he/she says change. The 2 breaths are given, the rescuers stay on the same side of the patient, and move positions for the change. CPR then continues with the 30 compressions, then 2 breaths repeated until the next change is called for.
the rescuer stands behind the victim. The victim may either be sitting or standing. The rescuer makes a fist with one hand, and places it, thumb toward the victim, below the rib cage and above the waist

For an adult, 2-rescuer CPR compression to breath ratio is the same as 1-rescuer; 30 compressions to 2 breaths.

Stays the same for Adult CPR 1 or 2 rescuer; 30 compressions to 2 breaths.
In the presence of an advanced airway during two-rescuer CPR for an adult victim, the recommended ventilation rate is 1 breath every 6 to 8 seconds, which equates to 8 to 10 breaths per minute. Each breath should be delivered over 1 second and should make the chest rise visibly. Continuous chest compressions should be maintained at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute. This approach helps ensure adequate oxygenation while minimizing interruptions in chest compressions.
The compression and ventilation ratio for a two-person rescue CPR is 15 compression and 2 breaths.
