I feel like need to pee all the time it all started about 3 years ago people told me the toilet was haunted so i never went until i wet myself and ive been scared ever since please can someone help?

Just fix it in your mind that if you wet yourself again it will be embarrassing and you don't want to do it. Just walk into the loo, have a look around, what you can't see can't hurt you! So don't worry, nothing will ever happen lol :)
