It is normal to bleed a little during pregnancy, but not a lot. Consulting a doctor is the best choice just to make sure. If you do not have insurance or afraid someone you know may find out...there are free clinics out there. I am afraid it does sound as if you are miscarrying.
Go see your doctor or go to the emergency room. You aren't supposed to bleed when you are pregnant.
The medical term for bleeding within the muscle tissue is intramuscular bleeding.
Implantation bleeding is caused by the implantation of the fertilized egg in the uterine lining, and it typically does not contain tissue. It is usually light and may appear as spotting or light bleeding. If you are experiencing heavy bleeding or passing tissue, it is important to seek medical attention.

yes
put pressure on it with a tissue
I asked this question. I'm 18 and have a feeling I am/was pregnant. I started bleeding dark red/brownish blood and last night some tissue looking stuff passed out of me. I have no idea what's going on. If I am/was pregnant, it would only be like 3 or 4 weeks into the pregnancy.
This is a miscarriage and abnormal pregnancy. You will need to see an OB/GYN to have a surgery to remove this abnormal pregnancy if you do not pass this tissue on your own.
Periods while pregnant:You will not have a normal flow, heavy period and be pregnant. This is typically impossible. However it is possible to experience vaginal bleeding which is very light (requires one or less pads) or only a bit of blood on tissue paper when you wipe and be pregnant. This bleeding is usually implantation bleeding and it will occur 6-12 days after sexual intercourse. What does spotting look like?Vaginal spotting will resemble drops of blood in your underwear or even drops/spots of blood on the tissue paper when you wipe. With spotting you may only experience 2-3 spots/drops of blood or it may be only 1 spot/drop of blood.Spotting is probably the most lightest form of Vaginal bleeding.
cover it with a tissue & lean your head backwards.
take it to the vet or get a tissue
No. Its uterine bleeding which indicates pregnancy has taken place, aka implantation bleeding. Tissue can alse be a bit of left over toilet paper which looks like vaginal tissue. But see your doctor to be sure.
