I am not sure Gatorade can be a cause of bladder infections but in my experience it has been a contributing factor to bladder irritation.

I pretty sure that too much Gatorade period makes you sick. I love Gatorade and have been drinking three a day at soccer training. After four days I have bad headache and feel tired. I have read that Gatorade is good only when sick, in hot conditions, and after exercise.

Yes. Mainly just make sure you have great hygiene, drink a lot of fluids, and don't wear wet clothes or stringed underwear for a long period of time. I have had numerous bladder infections and they are a pain. I could really live without them. I finally saw a urologist and went through all of these insane tests, just to find out everything was okay. Hope this finds everyone well.
I've been taking antibiotics for my ear infection lately, and I haven't had any problems with my bladder. I suppose it just depends on what type of antibiotic you take, and how sensitive you are to it.
