Same as when you are pregnant there will just not be any embryo or sac coming out. The cramping and uterus changing lining and bleeding will still be there.
Almost like your period is coming, but it usually is to one side or in the middle, But not much different than pms cramps.
Yes, your body is noticing that the hormonal effects of the IUD aren't in tact anymore so it thinks its going to start its normal period cycle. Just like some IUD's cause cramping and spotting when you first get them in, they can do the same coming out.
With my first pregnancy I just had the implantation bleeding, no cramping, I felt wonderful. With my second pregnancy I had awful period like cramps. I didn't think I could be pregnant because it felt like my period was coming.
A bleeding injury is an injury with blood coming out of it!

That might be too soon to have any symptoms. The egg just implanted itself in the lining of the uterus. In the coming weeks, some might feel tired, nausea/vomiting, experience implantation bleeding (light bleeding around when period is expected), some period like cramping, and sensitive to smell.
She is coming into season.
The symptoms of ear bleeding would be blood coming from the ear or ears. Is the question more likely, "What are the causes of ear bleeding?"
Pulsatile bleeding is always more serious because the pulse means the bleeding is coming from an artery.
chances are, if you were three weeks into pregnancy and start to menstruate, this means you've miscarried in between those three weeks meaning that now the fetus is being flushed. if trying to conceive a child, it is highly recommended after a miscarriage that you wait about one month to start trying again so you're body is completely healed and all of the bad eggs have been flushed including the dead fetus.
If blood is coming from the ear that means it an ear infection
