The bubble is probably HT scarring. If you're wearing a ring in it, switch that out for a bar. rings get hit too often. Then, go out and buy some tea tree oil. It should be around the vitamins in a Walmart or target. After you clean your piercing in the morning, dab a little bit of the oil on the bubble. Don't put it in the actual piercing. Leave the oil on there all day until you clean it at night. Use the oil everyday but if its too drying, cut back to every other day.The oil will dry up the bubble and it'll start to flake off till its gone. it could take days, months, or weeks, no way to tell. You can also go out and get some chamomile tea bags and use those. Soak them in some warm water then press them against your piercing/bubble. The chamomile is really soothing so it should get rid of the soreness.
