I have took a pregnancy test n it came back negative but when i wee i get pain in my abdominal area ive also got discharge?

It sounds like you may have an infection. It is not a common symptom to get pain when you pee during pregnancy. It is common to have pain and discharge with an infection. You should go see your doctor, since untreated this can affect your ability to conceive later.
