you should cut your meal in half and only eat that half and no deserts or junk food for a while. Dance in your room with an up-beat song for at least an hour and don't worry about feeling lame or retarted no one's watching you anyway and you get to lose weight. if you're feeling hungry eat fruits or just drink water. If you don't have fruits ask your parents to buy you some. If you have a dog you should walk that dog everyday for 15-30 minutes. its a lot of work and determination but this is what I'm doing right now and its working for me. And it might take a while to see the results but its better to do something now than just sitting around complaining about it. good luck =)
