Not enough information. How much alcohol did they drink?. The question just says the same amount but what the amount. However, mostly likely the woman's alcohol level would be higher. Women metabolize differently.

Being man or women really has little bearing on intoxication by alcohol. What really makes a difference would be things like age, weight, the condition of the persons liver, and the amount of muscle/fat the persons in question have. The more muscle the better off you are. That said women usually tend to have a higher body fat % than men do and men are typically larger with more muscle.
