If the blood transfusion issue is so important for the Jehovah's Witnesses why are they not writing this directly in their public brochures?

The book "What Does The Bible Really Teach?" that iis used in our public ministry for teaching the Bible to interested ones in chapter 13, beginning on page 125, par 3, through page 133, par 19 directly deals with the Bible's view of blood transfusions and the proper use of blood. Furthermore, the brochure "How Can Blood Save Your Life?" is not only available to the public, it is available to read online at www.watchtower.org, and also videos that deal with blood transfusions are available to the public and the medical community are also available online at the address I just gave.
