just because you're heavy doesn't mean it's bad. it depends on whether the weight is mostly fat or muscle. I am also 13 and weigh close to that but I'm not fat just because i weigh that much, since i am really strong and do have a lot of muscle.

but if it is mostly fat, then all you need to do to lose it is develop a regular exercise program and a healthy diet to live by. boost your metabolism.
