this doesn't sound too serious, your hair tends to fall out more in summer because it grows a little more in summer, but in general most people, especially with think hair and lots of hair have the same amount of hair loss as you are having and it is always more than people with thinner hair.

most people don't notice it, and those who do always worry that its too much, but it is only too much when it causes bald patches or extreme thinning of your hair

if this isn't happening its nothing to worry about at all and its normal

leave worring about it until you notice severe thinning where you see your scalp a lot or bald patches and then go see your doctor

also you should take a multivitamin when you are vegetarian because you loose out on all the vitamins and minerals that meat gives and yes these things help your body and health and even your hair, and hopefully you eat a lot of vegetables as they are also very necessary for your health and the staple of a vegetarians healthy diet

but its sounds like its nothing to worry about yet but go see your doctor if it really worries you or gets worse.

Sounds to me you are either paranoid or have a health issue, probably the later! I agree with the above though, it you are seriously worried, just go to the doctor. I am vegetarian myself, and my hair doesnt fall out particularily much.
