Light bleeding around your menstrual due date can occur during early pregnancy and is often referred to as implantation bleeding. This type of bleeding is usually lighter and shorter than a typical period. However, if you experience any bleeding during pregnancy, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any complications. Always seek medical advice for any concerns about bleeding during pregnancy.
If u r pregnant you will not get periods next month. it's dam sure. But there is a sign called 'implementaion bleeding' dat is you will get a slight discharge of brown color which is different from normal periods. it will be like a stain not a heavy flow of blood. There will not be regular body pain or abdomon pain during this implementation bleeding. This is often confused as periods. Such implementation will go for 1 day or 2 dats all. Even you need not use napkin also. This is a sign dat you are pregnant. Before missing your period you can confirm this as this implementation bleeding normally occurs before the expected period date.
If you know for sure that you are pregnant, it is probably not going to be your period. It is more than likely implantation bleeding caused by the fertilized egg to attach itself to the uterine wall. Or it could be a cervical change that can cause vaginal bleeding. Vaginal bleeding can also be a symptom of ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. Another cause for bleeding during pregnancy is a miscarriage although the first two reasons for bleeding are more common, it is still a good idea to contact your doctor as soon as you can.
You aren't if you were 7 days late you would be around 5 weeks pregnant. The way an estimated due date works is you start from the first day of your last period. Unless you are 14 weeks pregnant and got your dates confused or had bleeding that you thought was a period but was something like implantation bleeding.

yes it is possible to have heavy period or bleeding while pregnant. i am a witness to this myself. i took a pregnancy test on october 30th. i got a positive result. but two weeks prior to this i had a period. i also had a heavy regular period in sept. and in aug. i was told that my exp. due date would be July 25 2010. i went for my prenatal visit yesterday and there was heavy bleeding. so my doc sent me to ultrasound to see what was going on. they did the ultrasound and the baby was fine! but i told the lady that was doing the ultrasound that the baby was a little big for 5 wks. she said oh no this baby is 10 wks and 1 day. so that changed my due date to may 25 2010. so i had been pregnant and had 2 periods even after i conceived.
