To remove the Bloodhound Exploit 20 Virus from your computer, you can use reputable antivirus software to scan and remove the virus. Ensure your antivirus database is up to date before running a full system scan. Additionally, you can try booting your computer in Safe Mode and running a scan for more effective virus removal.
You can't always, but you can sometimes with an internet antivirus.
If you suspect there is a virus on your computer, you should immediately scan your computer with an installed antivirus. When your antivirus finds a virus, either have it quarantined or removed. Check out online virus scanners such as Panda, and do an online scan, it may help you. Or download another antivirus program, personally I find the best one to be Avast (and its free for home users). On a side note: Norton is not as good an antivirus as most people say it is, it is a resource hog and tends to slow down your computer.
By getting Norton Antivirus and turning on SONAR protection, and download intelligence.
