doing crunches while pregnant doesnt make sense, you can do pelvic tilts, swim, walk, dont do vigorous excercises, as your uterus expands 15x its size, you wont be able to control your tummy, the only time you'll really feel those muscles is in contractions such as braxton hicks...there are pregnancy sites that have different excercises for pregnancy, you can even ask your doctor what excercises are right for you, take child birth classes also
