recommended diet is no less than 1000 calories per day, the trick is to burn more than that. now 60 pounds in 5 months is 3 pounds a week. 1 pound of fat is 3000 calories so you need to burn 9000 more calories a week than what you eat. your eating 7000 calories a week plus 9000 that you have to burn. so 16000 calories a week is what you have to burn. recommended weight loss is 1 pound a week, can you do it? maybe. is it healthy for you, probly not.
