It depends entirely on what is causing the rash. If it is caused by an infectious agent, then, yes - you could spread the infection. If it is being caused by some kind of chemical, you can spread the chemical if it is still there. On the other hand, if the rash is a delayed reaction or an allergic reaction you can't spread the rash.
In short - you can't spread the rash by touching it but you could spread what is CAUSING the rash if it's still there on the skin.

A bulls-eye rash from a tick bite, commonly associated with Lyme disease, typically appears as a red circular area surrounding a central clear area, resembling a target or a bull's-eye. The outer ring is often raised and may be warm to the touch, while the central area may be lighter in color. This rash usually develops within 3 to 30 days after a tick bite and can vary in size. It's important to seek medical attention if this rash is observed, especially if accompanied by other symptoms.
YES!!!! Viral and bacterial pinkeye are contagious and spread very easily. Since most pinkeye is caused by viruses for which there is usually no medical treatment, preventing its spread is important. Poor hand-washing is the main cause of the spread of pinkeye. Sharing an object, such as a washcloth or towel, with a person who has pinkeye can spread the infection. http://www.webmd.com/eye-health/tc/pinkeye-topic-overview

pink eye can be spread from poop. if a moth for some reason has it on them by another human (like landing on it) and then lands on something you touch and the bacteria gets on that thing, you can get pink eye. it's highly unlikely, but still possible.
If you touch a snails eye (and the snail is not dead) it will quickly pull back into the shell. Actually, good luck touching it, it probably will duck in before you would make contact. Like a human, it doesnt want people poking it in the eye. How would you like it?
