How are you seeing your bladder? I'm assuming you're seeing it through an ultrasound? Ask your doctor. There is no stupid question when it comes to your health.

No your right on track. in early pregnany as your uterus grows it pushes on the bladder cauing it to feel full all the time. this should ease up in a few weeks but then reoccur near the end when the baby is much bigger.
I have a tipped uterus and only h ave trouble with my bladder when I have been pregnant. I have been pregnant 3 times, and b/c of the tipped uterus, around 10-12 weeks, I have had to have a catheter put in to empty my bladder b/c I can't do it on my own.
