If you want to gain weight, the best thing to do it to do so by eating healthy foods. It is not good to gain weight off of fries and chocolate and candies and fats. Instead, aim for lean porteins in your diet (fish, chicken, ect.) and work out to built up muscle. Also, add in some mono-unsaturated fatty acids. These are healthy fats found in foods like seeds, nuts, and some fruits / veggies like avocados. Though they are good for you, they are high in calories. Also, focus on eating more whole grains and dairy. Eating an extra 100 calories a day (over what your body requires) can result in 10 to 15 pounds of weight gain a year.
I am 13 and 5ft 6inches and only weigh 65 pounds and i am underweight but not anorexic
You might not be anorexic, but you are underweight. You should get about 2250 calories per day until your weight goes up. Slow weight-gain is healthier than the quick kind.

A normal 5 foot 2 inch girl should weigh between 100 and 135 lbs. If you have never weighed over 85 lbs during your 13 years, then you probably are not anorexic, you are just small for your age. If you are concerned, you should speak to your pediatrician about your weight.
In some cases, more than 100! They can weigh in the double digits and still think they're fat.

If you're female you are NOT anorexic, you are about the regular weight If you're male then you have a real high chance of being anorexic.
i don't really know. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 84 pounds but im NOT anorexic, im just really skinny since I have a super fast metabolism. Plus im 11 so ya. But I think the most appropriate weight is probably 100-140 pounds. So, if you are in between that then you are not overweight. And if you are a bit underweight or over that then your fine. *THUMBS UP*
