Make sure you are getting enough quality sleep. It is easy to eat bad food when on swing shift so be sure to bring healthy types of snacks that don't require a microwave with you. With odd sleep schedules and with lack of sleep you will really have to watch your diet because your body will crave greasy, sugary food making it hard to lose weight. It is okay to eat at night during your break but better yet have a good meal before going into work then bring light food for your break. Drink lots of plain water or water with a lemon slice if you need flavor too.
