I had an ectopic pregnancy that was removed by laparoscopy at 5 weeks 6 days. I had brown discharge (like Prune Juice ) for about 4 days and then i had some red discharge after that for 3 days (not like regular periods and sorry for tmi). I had pains in my right side and that was also not continuous. The main symptoms I had were one sided pain ( bearable) on and off from the 5th week. I had bloating in my stomach and my left side was extremely tender and that was when they saw the ectopic in a scan and there was lots of fluid in my pelvic area that was seen in the scan. I had pain when I sat down and was admitted immediately for laparoscopy surgery
