I think that the biggest influence for emotions.. are your attachments. Attachments are things or people that you falsely believe you CANNOT live withought. When you get this attachment you get a temporary joy, you are temporarely happy. This is NOT true happiness. As long a you have attachments you will continue to be scared and axious, you will forever be scared that you will lose this attachment.
