Into the ark
That's what The Book said. noah only took two of each animal, unless it was a clean animal. clean animals were used for sacrifices and in worship so noah took more of those animals. I'm not positive but i think he took seven of each clean animal.
Once in Noah's time that there were a pair of each animals.
To save noah ,his family, and two kinds of each land animals
Moses didn't take any animals on the ark, Noah did.
According to the Bible, Noah's Ark carried two of each kind of unclean animal and seven of each kind of clean animal, along with Noah, his family, and provisions for them all during the great flood.
Two, one of female and one of male so that they could...make offspring.
The Bible says that Noah took two of each kind of animal, one male and one female, with him on the Arc. However, he took more than that number of humans, as all his sons and their wives were on the Arc.
Noah took two of each kind of animal on the ark.
Immediately prior to the Flood, God caused a large-scale migration of animals to the place where the Ark stood. Noah chose two of each kind. After the Flood, the animals left the Ark and migrated afield.
The account in the book of Genesis (roughly chapters 6-8) do not mention anything about how the animals entered the ark. It does say that there was a single door to the ark (Genesis 6:16), but how big that door was is not specified. Tradition says the animals entered "two by two." Tradition also forgets to note that Noah was told to bring in 7 of each type of clean animal, not just the standard "one pair of each."
According to Genesis 7, they went in by themselves - Genesis is somewhat contradictory about how many went aboard (either 7 of clean animals [most of them] and 2 unclean or 2 of each). Either way, millions of animals (and presumably many thousands of non-marine plants) would have to have been accomodated (if it was true!).
The Lord wanted to repopulate the earth after the flood and to do this you need a male and a female of each animal.
