You can take Tylenol during pregnancy, but Advil, aspirin, and Aleve are not safe. If the pain persists you should see a doctor.
When trying to relieve sore muscles, Advil has been proven to be a good effective choice. When comparing Tylenol to Advil for muscle pain and soreness, it is helpful to know the actual difference in ingredients, as both are good choices. He main difference is that Advil has anti-inflammatory properties, whereas aspirin does not. Advil also lasts around 12 hours, which makes it a long-lasting and trusted choice for sore muscles.

Advil
No, it is an NSAID. Just like Advil... A little hopped up Advil...
I pick neither. I pick neither because in my opinoin Aleve and Advil are the same. They are the same because the commercials on tv basiclly say the same things exept the two commercials are worded differently. So either way they both are good if you are in real pain and need a pain releiver.
