yess yes...i had heartburn pretty bad within 2 weeks of conception (because hormones being released once implantation occurs...the fertilized egg attaching to the uterine wall)the reason is because the hormones make ur digestive tract very slow(u get constipated too) so its harder for you to digest food and creates uncomfortable heartburn. this is especially true if you're prone to acid reflux or have had heartburn in the past. also i had extreme fatigue...i was goin to bed at like 8 at night and I'm a night owl..this is also from the hormone progesterone which has a sedative like effect...good luck sweetie...

Missed cycles, nausea for a few days in a row (not necessarily the same time every day), tender and sometimes swollen breasts, fatigue/tiredness, frequent urination, headaches and backaches are early signs of pregnancy.
With all these possible symptoms of pregnancy, if the girl is sexually active it would be wise for her to take a pregnancy test. Not everyone suffers nausea with pregnancy.
You could be pregnant if you've had unprotected sex
Some signs and symptoms to look for if you believe you might be pregnant include * missed period, * nausea with or without vomiting, * tiredness, * dizziness, * breast changes and breast tenderness, and * frequent urination.

Not always, but frequent heart burn has been associated with the carrying of a boy. If you had experienced frequent heart burn before becoming pregnant, however, I wouldn't consider this a sign.
There are several causes of heartburn. Some of the most frequent causes are from eating fatty and fried foods, eating tomatoes or tomato based foods or drinking alcohol.
Heartburn occurs when digestive juices from the stomach move back up into the esophagus, the tube connecting the throat to the stomach.A bit more:As to what heartburn actually does, it can cause irritation, and even corrosion of the stomach and esophagus. If you have frequent heartburn, or if it's severe, you need to see your doctor.
