I am a seventeen years old guy and I have a 4 in a half inch penis. Is this normal?

Pretty big, eh? What did you expect? Size varies from man to man, and is about 4 inch +2 -1 and only very little changes with age. Does not change with pills sold on the internet. The internal blood vessels are pretty sensitive to damage so many people wanting miraculous improvements end with no entertainment at all :)

There is no mystery regarding average penis size. Average penis size is 6". 4" is not average but, who cares?

The size is within average so nothing to worry about. At 19 you could still be growing and developing so have room to add further but if not it is no big deal. As long as it works as it should then continue as you are.
