Well first of all obviously a symptom of a headache is an actual headache. But before your headache appearing. You may feel a little sick or ill. You may feel more tired than normal. To avoid headaches, make sure you always drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Also you need to eat aswell to keep your energy levels up.
