If this occurs after your period then it's normal. It's usually dried blood that has pocketed and after periods our bodies relax and thus, the remnants of the blood are released. If this is not after your period please see your physician and have a thorough check-up. If there is something wrong it's more than likely nothing too serious, but please see your doctor.
