I would say yes since there are still no cure for HIV, Hep C, Hep B, Herpes, ect. There may be medications to keep some of these viral infections under controll, but no cure.

Considering that over 110,200,000 cases of STD's are in the USA and 1 in 4 teenage girls have a currenlty being treated STD., we need to teach our children better.
Two categories of STDs are "curable" and "incurable." Of the curable STDs, the causes may be bacterial or parasitic. The incurable STDs are viral.
