chest congestion is fatal and your going to die!
Chest congestion associated with Klebsiella pneumonia can vary in duration depending on the severity of the infection and the effectiveness of treatment. Generally, symptoms may last from a few days to several weeks. If treated promptly with appropriate antibiotics, symptoms may resolve more quickly. However, untreated or severe cases can lead to prolonged symptoms and complications.
A chest x-ray cannot diagnose bronchitis. A chest x-ray may show pneumonia, but one can have pneumonia with a normal chest x-ray.

That depends on the type of pneumonia. Viral and "atypical" pneumonias (AKA "walking pneumonia") are generally infectious. These usually have lower fevers and are not as debilitating and feature runny noses and head congestion prominently. Classic bacterial pneumonia often has chest pain, very high fevers and a cough that produces thick sputum. The person may have headaches and muscle aches and feel lousy all over but they generally do not have a runny nose or head congestion. This is generally not contagious.
