If you are breastfeeding at 3 months old then you are already giving him foremilk with more calories now.
White liquid from your bretsas is a problem, not a sign of pregnancy, I'd suggest that you see a doctor about that ASAP as it is a possible sign of infection or even breast cancer. When you're pregnant, milk doesn't appear until further into the second trimester and appears a clear, yellowish, sticky fluid that you can't just squeeze out. Sounds like you've got some hormonal issues going on there to me, if these are your only symptoms, I doubt that you're pregnant. Was this answer helpful?
To nurse your baby! Breast milk does not come in until 3-4 days after you have given birth. During pregnancy and immediately following birth your breasts contain colostrum. This is a thin, clear or yellowish fluid that is rich in nutrients. The colostrum will be nourishment or food for baby until the breast milk comes in.
