The way to get rid of the fear of death is to realize that death is certain, that nobody can escape death. But death is not in the hands of a virus or an accident. Death is in the hands of the Divine. The moment of birth and the moment of death are both controlled by a power which is greater than a human being. Why do we fear death? Because we don't realize this FEAR is a False Expectation Appearing Real. We fear we will die tomorrow. We may not die tomorrow. We may live another 25 years or even 50 years. But fear makes us believe that we will die. When we trust the Divine, when we surrender our life to the power, then we will eliminate the fear of death. Ultimately, we all have to die. Then why fear death?
that might depend on what it is you fear...
