i think that energy drinks can effect you brain because it has to much caffeine in it and you can get to much of it in your system at one time just like alcohol.

Two drinks per day means two drinks every 24 hours. Theoretically, one could cheat by having two just before midnight, 2 just after, and abstaining for another 24 hours, but if things are to that point...
There's a lot of sugar in them. A can of coke is 30 pieces of sugar and that is not good for anyone. Once in awhile is fine but not too much. It's easy to lose track on how much one is actually drinking when thirsty but you can risk Diabetes.

A Hummingbird drinks nectar, not pollen. As for how much nectar one drinks per day, I believe it is equal to (or more than) the Hummingbird's body weight.
If you have half a glass of wine a day it wont do anything but drinking every day or hard alcohol can damage it and no one can tell how much until it's born. That goes for brain and other organs.
