Obesity, especially in children, is a sad epidemic, especially in America. Children do inherit their obesity issues from their parents, and grandparents. It is definitely a genetics factor, yet their eating habits should be taken into consideration.

Overweight and/or obese women could have no distinguishable bulge when they're this pregnant. Low birth weight children produce smaller bulges. Large children produce bigger bulges.

I know someone that size. She had a large bone structure, and was healthy, so she wasn't overweight. But if you have a normal build then you are a little bit overweight.
A multiple can be as large as you like. A factor can only be as large as the number which you start with.
A large population increases genetics variation. Mutation will also increase genetics variation.
That's about how much someone I know weighs, and she is slightly overweight, but I think you may be fine if you have a large build (she doesn't).
Large arms in a normal sized teenage girl who has never been overweight could just mean that she has good muscle mass in her arms. Talking to a doctor can rule out health problems.
Multiply by the factor for converting the large unit to the small unit or divide by the factor for converting the small unit to the large unit.
