Well,I am 11 1/2 and I started goin through puberty at age NINE!!! yes it's pretty early but puberty is nothing to be worried about!!;) yes at the begging it can be a little emotional,or painful. But u r ok. Cuz I was freaking scared when I went through puberty (period)!!! I was at school I was only nine so I had no idea what it was or what to do a bout it...I cried once I got home and found out it was my period!!! But now I'm 11 and I am totally cool with everything now I hoped this helped a little but don't be scared just always take care of yourself and u wont be to stressful about it.

(the reason I haven't put boys is because I'm a girl). coz your body matures Puberty is part of maturing that's why it is needed to become fully grown-up. I would say that it is kinda scary. It happnds so that our reperductive organs can grow to an average womens. Just like the first person said, its a little scary at first. And sometimes Hormones get control of you to. dont let that bother you. :)-3<
