Yep!
they produce a Siamese twins
Not entirely unless you have your ovaries removed. Hysterectomy is only the removal of the uterus so the body will still produce ova which will be absorbed and there will be no menses after a hysterectomy.
i have small multiple follicles in both ovaries could i concieve at this time
No. Before you menstruate you ovulate and you don't do that when you are pregnant.
Most women do not ovulate on the same day each month but rather around the same day. There is a very easy way to learn when you ovulate. See related link.
The same way you did the first time. There is no way to hurry it up, just focus on about the week before you ovulate and when you ovulate and have sex then.
Every (normal) woman has two ovaries and they take turns making an egg every nine months. However sometimes both ovaries make an egg each on the same month. Each get fertilized with a separate sperm and both grow full term to a healthy baby. They are twins in that they share the womb at the same time but are separate genetically.
If both eggs from the ovaries are fertilized with sperm, it can result in fraternal twins (two separate embryos). Each embryo would develop independently, leading to a multiple pregnancy. This is known as dizygotic twins.
They both contract at the same time.
Fraternal twins are developed from the fertilization of two separate eggs. In most cases a woman releases one oocyte every month from alternate ovaries. Sometimes an oocyte is released from both ovaries at the same time both of which are fertilized by separate sperm. This results in the development of non-identical (fraternal) twins each having its own placenta for nourishment.
You DON'T....it is different for every woman & you CAN get pregnant immediatley after giving birth! After a few cycles your body should be back to the way it was before the pregnancy and your cycle should be about the same & you should ovulate at about the same time you used to in your cycle before having the baby.
Yes, he does do both at the same time. I saw him in concert and he did both at the same time.
